They seem like a really good idea for anyone is a really cold climate, even if they didn't have renaud's.

Sadly, I think they're a bit out of my price range, but otherwise a pretty good idea. What I really need is a new blower motor for the heater. The heater works; there's just no way to get the heat into the cabin of the car. I've got some of those heat thingies--damned if I can remember what they're called, those things in the foil packets that you can put in your pockets or whatever. I should keep some in the car.
